Grants Programme 2020/21

Organisational Grants
We have reviewed and improved our grants programme and are delighted to report the following changes to our organisational grants.

Our Aim
Our aim is to support charities and not for profit organisations to make a difference in our local community, to help those who are vulnerable or disadvantaged.

Our Relief-in-need Grant Programme
We want to help the lives of those who are disadvantaged and vulnerable, children or adults of any age and will consider any applications that meet this criteria.

We are particularly interested in awarding grants to local and grassroot projects that will help prevent or relieve isolation & loneliness, deprivation, homelessness, bright ideas for community projects or extra-curricular activities for schools.
We like to encourage sustainability so the projects we fund are able to continue long after our grant has been spent.

We will consider all applications on their individual merits.

  • The organisation must be a UK registered charity, not for profit organisation, a voluntary or community group, a social enterprise or community interest company
